Our bags are always shipped the same business day if placed before 2:00 pm pacific time, otherwise it will ship the next business day. It is shipped from Los Angeles, California via UPS. |

Absolutely! We offer custom embroidery
and imprinting on all our bags. Simply
place your order on our website first, and then email the logo to support@tsbagstore.com.

is your return policy? |

return policies in the industry. We accept all returns within 45 days after
the item(s) are received as long as it is returned in new condition and
has not been used. All items received will be refunded minus shipping costs. |
